BUSINESS HOURS
We are open Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM EST. We are closed on the weekends and all holidays. Orders will be processed in order they are placed. Priority will be given to "Rush" orders. All orders placed on weekend's will be completed the following business day.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY FILE(S)?
All orders are currently digital, therefore all orders will be sent via email or with an instant download depending on the item you purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
If you ordered a custom design that requires editing on our end, The design will be completed during our turnaround time and sent via email. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days.
If you ordered an Instant download: Once your payment is confirmed a link to download your files will appear both on screen and in your inbox (to the email address you provided). Please check your spam or promotions folders if you don't see anything right away.

HOW TO PRINT MY FILES?
The Files can be printed with a home printer or with a local print shop.
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used, as well as the different types or brands of paper and ink you’re printing with. We are not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.

ASSEMBLY OF ITEMS
Instructions are included in every email sent with purchased items.

ARE ANY ITEMS PHYSICAL ITEMS?
No, Not currently. We hope to offer physical items in the near future. Stay tuned.  

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, We do accept custom printable orders for any theme and any event. you can fill out the custom order form HERE

CAN I SEE A PROOF OF MY ITEM BEFORE RECEIVING IT?
If you would like to see a proof you can request it in the notes, otherwise you will receive the file as the example/how we see fit.
 
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A CURRENT DESIGN?
Most of our items are designed as is (Meaning layout, colors, fonts and so on), however certain items can be tweaked, just reach out prior to purchase if you would like a possible change.

REFUNDS
As our items are completely customized we cannot issue refunds after the designs are sent.
If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that IF your order has not been started yet.
